Compressing to 50mb?

Hi, if anyone could help with this that'd be awesome.

I'm trying to upload my demo reel to L.A. Casting.com, but they only take video clips no more than 50mb. My demo reel, which was shot with the GH1 and HV30 is about 4:45 sec. When I exported to vimeo in H.264, it became a 173mb file, dunno if that helps. Anyway, sucks that their limit is 50mb, talk about lo-fi. I'm thinking I have to shoot for ipod resolution, which i will mess around with today, but, does anyone have any tips or ideas to compress to such a small file size? Thanks.

Oh, and on the site it says these are my options:

We accept the following video file types: H.264, .mp4, ,avi, .dv, .m4v, and .wmv.
We accept the following audio file types: .mp3, .aif, .aac, and .wav.

Under your advanced settings on your video encoder, there is a "limit data rate to" option, it's there for any h264 encoder. I would start at 1000 kbs and see where that gets you, also lowering the resolution size helps too.

Use a bitrate calculator to determine your max bitrates for Audio and Video stream

http://dvd-hq.info/bitrate_calculator.php

This is for Mpeg-2 but you can use it for any kind of video codec/container. Just enter in your maximum filesize and plug away.

h.264 in a .mp4 container sounds like it will be the most compatible, and give you the best bang for your 50mb allotted.
