Compressing effieciency question

Hi I'm exporting a 1 min premiere pro file as a .mov. The .mov is set to air on the net. I'm trying to get it as small a file size as possible with as little loss of quality as possible, what would you use as the compression settings? Thanks in advance.

I've done a lot of trial and error using Premiere's export settings, and I've never achieved satisfactory results. I eventually just exported my files as uncompressed .mov and then compressed them using Quicktime Pro, using the h.264 settings. Small files with high quality. For some reason I could never get Premiere to match the quality of Quicktime pro.

I am currently using Sorenson squeeze and the results are fantastic.

Sacksnack - you are not alone! For quicktime I now use Soreson Squeeze ($$$$) and for window media files I use the FREE Windows Media Encoder (WME9)

Blade - Simply put, you are not going to have as much control using the adobe compression settings.

What version of PPro are you guys using?

I'm using the Adobe Media Encoder in PPro2 encoding to WM9HD and the results are very good.
