Compressing 3.5 hours of video -

I have a client that wants to compress a 3.5 hour presentation for delivery onto thumb drives. I'm ok to break up the video into 30 minute sections but have never had to compress for video this length. I'm using Compressor, can anyone give any insight into settings etc. The original video was shot DV because of the length. Does not have to be full screen.

You could probably do 5mbps H.264 at native resolution, that should make the video just shy of 8gb.
