Compiling a DVD for DVD studio Pro 3

I have 22 sequences I need to put onto a DVD. What is the best method for getting the files ready for DVD studio pro 3?

Should I use compressor or FCPHD to compress them? What setting for either one would you recommend?

I have 23.98 footage and would like it to be progresive scan. Any extra steps here?

I'd export them all as self contained movies and import them into Compressor and use the 24p source material high quality mpeg2 encode.
