Unscientific test of 3 cameras to satisfy my own curiosity. HVX at 0 db gain (slightly underexposed and slightly raised level in FCP...probably exacerbated noise). 250 at 0 db gain. AF at 400 ASA PH mode with Tamron 17-50. All cameras around f/4. All cameras 1080/30P, 250 was AVC-I. All cameras white balanced, not pre-set. All cameras stock Cine-V. HVX noisiest and least sharp. AF looks the best in my opinion. Both AF and 250 look excellent. Scored points with wife giving her flowers. Thought I'd post in case anybody else was curious.
