Commercial for new client & need help/advice with cross advertising aspect???

Hello, I've recently been tasked by a new client to shoot a commercial for their clothing store. I already have the commercial scripted along with the property releases for the locations as well as casting and releases for my actors. For this particular commercial I have decided to give a bit of free promo to a couple prospective clients to get them on board for their own future projects.

My question is, what type of release or contract do I need in regards to using their company name, logo. or any other likeness unique to the additional clients I will be including?

Please Help???
 
Keep in mind these are templates and work great as starting points. Please work out specific details in contract as needed and as always, have a lawyer review of possible.
