I am looking for a tough little camera that I can use the video function. I want to use it like a GoPro, but I am looking for non-fisheye or super wide. This camera I would use for extreme events instead of my expensive camera.
I like the added options on this camera- macro, light around lens, underwater, and compact. If the video option is good enough, it might be a fun little camera to have. F2.0 lens, High-Speed 120fps (640x480), High-Speed 240fps (432x324)
 
I did not see any test footage with the light yet.
The Nikon AW120 is also a good camera in this category.
I am looking at macro photography, good video resolution, waterproof,low light, and compact.
 
Bear in mind they only rate it to 15m underwater, so realistically it's not much use for general Scuba diving without a housing. (I'd be very wary taking even below 10m). The GoPro in housing is rated to 60m, and I've taken one to 35 metres myself.
 
Most of my underwater shooting is in 1 to 3 feet of water. I am interested in using the macro underwater feature too.
