Combining photos with 24P

Is combining photo's with 24 P/24 PA an option??? I was wondering if mixing video footage and pictures would pose a problem in the video.

as mentioned in my earlier post it is doable but if you intend on working in a 24p enviorment rather than conforming your 24pa footage to 29.97 interlaced by adding the pulldown you will be limited in how much motion you will be able to achieve with you photos. Cuts are fine but if you trying to pan the photos fast enough or add a fast enough transition than you can easily run into issues in any progressive enviornment wether it be 24p or 30p (60p would be the equivelent to 60i and would be fine but there are no decks to playa video clip at 60p unless its inteded for stricly pc playback)

Its really not a proble. As mention previously you need to use common sense when panning across a large still.

There's a lot more you can do with panning and scanning in After Effects if you have it. You can ramp the speed of pans and add motion blur if you need it.
