Second. I think I know the effect they were going for, but it's not particularly well done in that clip. Rather than motion tracking the jackets and going from there, it looks like they just dropped a feathered mask on sections of the screen, and used bloom and hue/saturation to change and amplify the colors in those areas.

Addendum: watched again. Looks like they did motion track the jackets, but only used the tracking data to anchor their bloom/hue/whatever masks.
