Colour Wheel

I once saw a colour wheel (or so I believe that's what you call them)

Basically you set a colour and it tells you automatically which colours best fit with that colour.

I want to use it for checking the colour of the walls, possible colour of clothing, etc.

BUT I cannot find it online anywhere. I saw it once used in a tutorial editing I believe, and I cand find it and I need it ASAP... Most likely today!

Any help?

Great. The day I need it, the internet goes down in the city. I'm on my phone, but I cannot open it as I don't have flash on mobile.
But, I'm hoping this is what I'm looking for :)

The best I could do is google image it up. It looks very similar to the one I saw used. Not exactly THE one, but I'm pretty sure its the thing I'm talking about.

Just in case, are there any other kinds that I can take a look at?

Is there even a proper name to this?

Thanks
