Color "seeing" different shots

I exported a project to Color from FCP, everything looks fine except there are 2 shots that are something other than what's in the exported timeline. Any reason for that? I mean, there are TOTALLY different. What's in Color isn't even to the right or left of the In & Out points from the original footage...WTF?!

Both are slow-motion shots, but why would that matter?

Put slow-mo shots back to original timing. Problem solved. Uh, what the hell? I know Color does not see transitions, music, etc. Now, if I want the shots back in slow-mo, can I just adjust that when I export back to FCP? Or will that just F it up again?

Color doesn't handle retimed footage from FCP. Export the retimed clips, import them back, and use them now instead of the original when you send the sequence out to Color.
