color reversal stock - how can i mimick that look?

im starting a project that has strong production design including alot of post work, color correction, etc. i want the final look to be like color reversal stock to really set it apart.

what are the best settings, lighting, and post process to get that?

Shoot flat and even...use Magic Bullet Editor Color Reversal filter in post. I've been very plesed with the results...super saturated and contrasty...yum yum

You can get a pretty good match for color reversal in-camera; I don't recall the settings directly but I posted a recipe for color reversal simulation on the DVX DVD...
