Hello,

I want to be able to chose a color such as red for example, and turn all the other colors off. So basically the image is black and white except for the red or any other color I choose.

What is the filter called?

if you want really high quality isolations and produce that kind of effect (i typically call it the sin cit effect) apple color has very powerful tools for u to accomplish it too.

That works awesome. But now do you know how to do it in Motion?

Same idea- just key out the colors you don't want on a second track with the same clip set to saturation 0.
