Hi!
I am trying to make a black and white video where only one object has its color left. I have done several different tests and not a single time have I managed to get the entire objects color intact. I always struggle with the same problem; If I want the entire object's color preserved, other colors start to leak in the video. It is frustrating when I see "simple tests" on youtube that works great, and they are shot outside with changing lightconditions, but still they make it work.
I would like to use this effect in an upcoming music video. The colors we would like to exclude from the black and white in the video is blue, pink, and purple. Could you please give me some hints how to achieve this effect and make it work? I'm working in Premiere CS5 and using the Color Pass effect.
