Color - custom shape image-isolation

Hi,

I just have a tiny question for those of you who've played around in color. If you isolate an area of the image with a custom defined shape, can you choose to have the edges of that shape to be sort of soft? So that it to a degree blends in with the rest of the frame?

In the color manual page 222 and 298 discuss this. Basically you need to work with the softness setting. A user shape vignette though might not allow you to use that setting so it may have to be done in the shapes tab when you first create the shape. Good luck.
