Color Correction Within a Scene

Heya,

I was wondering, within a clip, is there a way to change the color of only one small part of the entire scene?

Example, assuming I wanted to change all of a person's hand to blue except for the knuckles, and not change the rest of the scene in any way, or something equally ridiculous, is there a way to do so in Edius 4?
