color correction with vegas

[pointsofhonesty]

your thoughts on it...just curious!

It's excellent.

Do you have a particular question though? I'm not quite sure what information you're after...

Can color grading also be done on vegas ? Whats the difference between color grading and color correction ? Correction = correction of abnormalities into normal looking video. Grading = color correcting to get a particular mood look to the video. Is my understanding wrong ? can you shed some more light ? Thanks.

[David Jimerson]

Your understanding is correct. You use the same tools to color grade as you would to color correct.

works great. I did a CC on every scene in a full length movie. Be sure to use the wavefrom and vector scopes too and a crt monitor.
