Color Correction with Lion

So I got a MacBook Pro, which came with Lion. I installed FCP and I was coloring a project and after it would finish rendering the color would reset like I never applied color. But if I went and moved a slider or colorer the color would jump back to the looks I was coloring. But after it's done rendering it turns the color off like it was never applied. Very annoying. Even FCP's 3-way color corrector does this. My old MacBook which had Snow Leaopard never did this, this is new. Anyone know what's going on? Pics below of one I'm having problems with. -- Also, when I play with the color wheel the effects don't show up on the screen until I move a slider they show up. I've reinstalled FCP and it still gives me this issue.

Woah, how did two of the same thread get created? Mods, delete one.

What process exactly are you using? Send the project to Color, grade, send the XML back into Final Cut and open/render the XML? Or something else?

I'm using Color Corrector, Contrast, then I just play with several different color correctors hoping one will work. So I've tried Colorista, levels, curves, 3-way color corrector, and any filter that involved adding colors.

I'll try what you said, if not I could try coloring in After Effects which should work. But I mean this issue needs to be fixed so I can stay in one program.
