Color Correction and GRAIN

hey guys. Its time for a little help. I went outside to fil ma little test with my girflriend

I wanted to do a little CC test to get a really alternative look, but i ended up finding there to be alot of grain after CCing it.

Dont mind the crappy framing and editing, it was just to test CC really quick with some sort of a clip.

I dont know if it will be difficult to tell on thi compressed version but maybe youll see a difference.

So the question is, in the HSL of the colour correction in adobe premier pro 1.5, what options in there significantly effect video grain?

You got from saturation, to brightness, to contrast, to contrast center, to gamma, to pedestal to RGB gain.

If you have items too dark or bright they tend to look grainy or washed out. Your footage doesn't look half bad, its really the WMV that tends to make it lose quality.
I would try increasing your contrast a bit maybe, that tends to make the lights a little lighter and the darks a little darker, sometimes getting rid of a little noise. I usually boost brightness a bit and contrast a bit. See if that helps, but I'm no pro.
