Color correct turns images fuzzy

When I color correct my footage it looks perfect when I go frame by frame but when I hit play it plays with a fuzzy/blurred tint. Then if I stop it, it looks fine. If I play it by moving the arrow forward, its fine. Once I hit play...it goes to ****. (looks like a video after a long night of boozing)

Whats the deal with that? And if I export to DVD will it be fuzzy?
 
Sounds like you have Premiere set to automatically adjust the quality. So if you have some effects applied Premiere will lower the quality so you can still scrub your timeline. You can change this to always show high quality, but your computer might not be able to handle it. If you render your timeline you'll get a better idea of how your final product will look. If you see a red line above your footage, that segement needs to be rendered.

Right click on the preview window and select Quality as "Highest." It just looks bad for preview but when render out the footage will look fine.
