Is there a list of the best tutorials on Adobe Premiere Pro? Where would you start if you had to learn how to use Premiere pro again? Thanks!

I would pick a small project to edit, start working, and then use Google if I couldn't find the item I needed. If Google won't yield the answer, I ask on here.
Which is what I did with the music video I edited in FCPX.
Free or pay? Lynda.com has the best tutorials hands down. Some of them can be seen free. With clear learning objectives, planned instruction and modeling, meaningful review and work files, it's obvious that professional educators are closely involved.
On the other hand, I've picked up a lot of useful information from teens on Youtube.
Lynda is best for training to use software in a comprehensive way. Quick tutorials on Youtube are usually best for specific task-learning.

Speaking with my ex-teacher head on, and not as a video editor, it depends on your preferred learning style. Like Gary's post above, I only use a tutorial to solve a problem, when you pop to Google and type "Premiere make picture spin" - or whatever you want to do. Everything I do I usually get by experimentation, and common sense. It must do it, so how???
Other people cannot do this - nothing to do with being dim! They learn best when they sit down with the instruction manual, and read it cover to cover, then follow the blurb, word for word. With a product like software, there are no instructions, just get you going guides, and this is a real problem. The tutorial route has a number of problems if this is your preferred style of learning new things, because there are simply too many.
I'd suggest you try experimentation first. Some things are not that obvious. I think the most important thing I had to learn was the difference between cuts, rolling edits and ripple edits. Experiment with a few short clips so you can see the effect shortening, sliding and removing clips have. Then you can at least edit. The clever stuff then tickles in when you need it!
