Codec?

Ok, so after my Cineform decided to stop working, and I couldn't export from premiere using their codec anymore, I decided I should ask which codec is the export move menu is as visually lossless as possible? I'm dealing with a 720p project here, which is why it's critical.
 
more specific question: would using the Adobe media encoder, and exporting an MPEG2 file with high-def settings and a high target bit-rate, degrade my image any noticable about?
