Clips jumping on export

I'm having problems exporting my timeline from CS4 to Media Encoder. There's one scene that comes in and jumps around a bit on any format I encode out to. Driving me nuts. The preview in the timeline plays fine, there's nothing fancy about this scene, just dissolves on both ends. Oh ya, all source is AVCCAM 1920x1080i60 .

I've tried shifting the scene over a few frames, still jitters on the exports. Anyone see this happen before?

Just rendered the problem clip to another format and replaced is on the timeline, seems to be working now. Very odd.

This waiting for Media Encoder to load the project from Premiere is killing me.. this is horrible.. I don't edit and encode at the same time, machine bogs down, so why does AME have to be so stand-alone? Worst thing ever.

I think I found the fix. I save my project. Reboot the machine, load up AME, then select the project.. and wait about 5 minutes before I get control of the program, and select my time line.

Something needs to be done to speed up the AME loading of project files or time lines, it's brutal to get the simplest things like a WAV file.
