Clip Name Changing

I captured all of my clips accidently as "untitled." I changed the clip names to the names I wanted, but I want the actual media files to have the same name as the clip in the project. How would I do this?


I feel really lame asking this question, and I was unable to find anything about it in the manual.
 
Control click the clips, then select view in finder(or show in finder, something like that) and change the name of those files. Your media might go offlline but you can easily reconnect.

I know I can do that. I was looking for something automated.
