Cleaning spinning glass.

Has anyone tried cleaning the spinning ground glass once removed. (Letus Ultimate) The lens cleaning solution is just clouding it up on the grain side.
 
Got the heads up from Letus. For everyone else, (minding this is a very fragile piece of glass) use clear Ivory liquid, one drop, in small dish of water, dip and clean with Lens tissue,(small circles around glass) dip in clear water, dry with tissue both sides. Let dry and don't touch anymore. Install. Cleaned it like a champ!
 
A lens pen also does the job, the rubber-like tip on one of the sides takes away most of the stuff =)
