My mate Caesar is a new member over here. Still waiting for the email for activating his account. In the meantime, he has asked me for opening this thread on his behalf.


Any tip on good tech houses or singular technicians? Not expensive, please.

Why might one want to clean a lens internally.

Depending on the lens design, dust and other crap can get inside the lens. If it's fungi that's gotten in, it can be cleaned (depends on the lens design again) but will probably grow back and have to be cleaned again.

Dust, an old lens, for instance. So simple as that. Haven't you heard before?
