Cleaning heads for new Tape brand ?

Hi all ,
My DVX100a was bought second handed and unfortunately it has add quite a bit of different tape brand and quality used in there. Now I just bought new MQ panasonic tape and the head cleaning PANASONIC AY-DVMCLA tape. I want to use the MQ only from now on. So before these new tapes should I clean the heads with the AY-DVMCLA ? And if yes what would be the procedures ?

Best would be a more extensive head cleaning. I think there is a thread around here somewhere. Tape cleaning only can do so much.
