I live in Utah and I have the 501 head. I have been doing some projects out in the desert that has gotten my head gritty and dirty, and the pasnd and tilts are suffering as a result.
I bought some grease to re-lube it and I have only been succesful to dissasemble the two sides from the head to re-lude and clean. I am trying to figure out how to take apart the bottom part of the fluid head but I have had no luck figuring it out yet. Is there anyone here that has tried it an succeeded?
