Clash of the Titans remake (2010)

Director of Hulk and transporter 2 Louis Leterrier will be directing. I love the original I mean love it so I hope this does a little bit of justice to it.

Another greek mythology film is coming out War of the Gods. I hear both these films will be rely on green screen for much of it.

I watched the original about 5 years ago on TV... it made me feel so weird by the time that it was over. No way to explain it. I guess I enjoyed it.

I've watched the original like 20 years ago and I really loved it...I can recall thinking "Wow, awesome special fx AND mythology!". I'm sure the remake will be a regular special fx fest...but will the story hold? I guess I would be happy if they simply just got some good actors and followed the original script with up to date visual effects.

Wow, do tastes ever vary.

I found the original pure cinematic anguish, to sit through.

On the other hand, my wife dug Harry Hamlin running around in a short little tunic...

BTW, 20 years ago I was 10 years old ...if you catch my drift.

[Sad Max]

Yeah, that's the age at which I first saw it, too.

The mechanical owl was cool.

I saw it in the theater the night before Cub Scout camp, age 9. I thought it was silly then. I thought I'd muster up some nostalgia points for it today, but nope.
