Clar Compared to Aputure?

[Paul F]

Adorama has an exclusive line of Clar lights that compare to the family of Aputure lights. They look to be well built, put out good light, and are deeply discounted compared to Aputure. I'm surprised I haven't seen anything about these from the review community. There's one piece from Meet the Gaffer, but it doesn't really review the lights.

Has anybody used them? https://www.adorama.com/l/Lighting-...-Lighting/LED-Lighting/CLAR~Studio-LED-Lights

They look like rehoused first gen Aputures.

Have you used them?

No. New products are usually so well covered. I'm wondering why I don't see anything on these lights.
