.circular polorizer question

Can anyone recomend a good polorizer? I'm looking for something to help with my bright outside shots. When I set up the exposer on my subject it looks great, but the sky is blown out a little more than I'd like.
I looked on the b&h site but they have so many to choose from.

Re: .circular polorizer question

That's a latitude issue, not a polarizer issue. Get a "bounce card" and bounce light onto your subject and you'll be able to "stop down", which will bring the sky back from being blown out.

A polarizer is great for minimizing reflections, and can also sometimes be used at certain angles to darken skies to some degree (depending on your shooting axis to the sun... at 90 degrees to the sun the polarizer is at its strongest effect, but at 0 or 180 degrees the polarizer will have no effect).
