Circular Dolly Track

I wanted to make a shoot of car and seems revolving turntable isnt available in my country INDIA.
The other option i came to know about the circular dolly track.

can someone guide how can i bulild good solid accurate circular dolly track of 40' diameter ?

Or if there is something available online ?

I would look into renting unless your construction skill is extremely good. If there are no rental house in your area consider a skater dolly similar to this. If the car is on a flat surface like a warehouse or something like that then it would work well for low shots. Or you can also rig a circular surface to it by bolting some plywood on to a bunch of stands and raise the stands to the desire height.

There are diy's out there but they may be hit or miss. There is this, search around and look up some reviews but it could work. It's pricey but looks like it would do what you want.
