Tonight starts off cinevegas. I weazeled my way into the local ccsn showcasing with a short promo doc I did. None the less I got an all events filmmakers pass and intend to take advantage of it. Free entrance into club parties. Free food and drinks. Free entrance into all movies playing. Now if I can stay sober enough to get up and go to all screenings I'll be set. Just thought I would share my excitement with you wonderful folks at dvxuser.com.

what film? I definately want to see it. Is Shane from vegas? Let me know please!

It's called "19 Miles To Vegas".

He made it as part of the 48 Hr film contest, it was like his first film ever and he won best director at the LV 48 Hr contest, which is pretty cool.

He's from Vegas, yes, and there was a big article on him and his film and CineVegas in The Summerlin News this week.

I love Cinevegas I have gone every year for the past three. I shoot press pakes for it and Wow that is a fest that knows how to treat the press. And the parties and parties and the films are so good. It is by far one of the best programed out there. it is a long week

Sorry Shane I didn't get a chance to ceck out your film.

Well it was just a 3 1/2 min. docu/promo at the local ccsn showcasing. I had an excellent time none the less. Plan on doing the 48 hour fest coming up. Should be fun.

Shane, you're a local boy about to make good, heck yes I'll plug for you! Here's another one: Shane won another award with his film, he won the Nevada Filmmaking Shorts Award prize at CineVegas! Congrats Shane! And congrats Stylz for getting in too!
