Cinevate Flip Question

Will probably purchase the whole shebang (adaptor/flip) within the week to is with an HVX and an EX. Got a few questions for those who may know.

The flip that comes with the Brevis, can that be used on other adaptors or will I need extensions and step downs. The adaptor I'll probably swap with would be the SG.

The SGpro and M2 both seem to be working just fine with our flip module. That said, I have not personally seen a full range of lens tests on either with/without the flip to see if any condenser changes are required. Ryan has been working with the flip and M2 for a few weeks now and will be posting pics etc. over at the Cinevate user forum :-) At this point, no "gotcha's" with any third party application...as we had predicted optically.

Yes I must say the flips unit is pretty easy to use. It takes a bit to get it all set up but once you have it locked in, it works great. Good edge to edge, I highly recommend it.

Thanks Ryan for all of your testing with the M2. We'll have clips/pics hosted of Ryan's rig from the Cinevate forum very shortly.

Any first hand chart tests with SG Pro and Cinevate flip out there? Please, no trees and beer bottles, just some objective tests so we can really figure out if the Cvate flip is a great match for SG.

Tim, I'll try my best to get these done soon, but I am waiting for some 62mm spacer threads I ordered to finesse it and be accurate

Could you email me a good picture of your SG after you unscrew the tube with the condenser . I'm interested in whether the part that would attach to the flip looks the same as on my Rev2 . Also maybe estimate how far it is from the GG to the threads on that part.
