Man is that a mouthfull!
So, I was checking out their site and was wondering if anyone has one of their matteblox and can offer up an opinion.

I saw it on Steve's equipment list over at Pine Lake Films website
http://www.pinelakefilms.com/.

I suspect it's not as good as a solid mattebox, but it still does take a filter, and seems like a good alternative if you're tight on budget and or space.

Here is the website for those who havn't seen it:

It was the first mattebox i used on my 100a.. its a pretty sweet mattebox that is very good at shading the lens, specially with the huge large flag.

Hey Jarred, thanks for the reply.
One thing about this mattebox, what if you have a polarizer filter and need to rotate it? It seems like this doesn't allow for that.

You can rotate the mattebox if you want. I haven't done this personally with a polarizer, but you have this option in place of rotating the filter mount.

I have one that has very little use that I'd be interested in selling if you're looking for one.
