My friend who ordered a g35 and is still waiting with no idea whether he will ever get his money back. He saw on the cinemek website that they are going to be here in LA for a demonstration on HITCHCOK. Is there any legal way to confront them in person? Its not right that someone takes your money and are allowed to go around like their not thieves. cinemek are a bunch of crooks and i hope they get sued.

As long as you don't assault them or anything stupid like that... but if you confront them at a show or something, is it really going to do you any good? If you simply ask them what the deal is, that's one thing. But if you get agitated and create a scene... that isn't necessarily going to get you your adapter or money back any faster.

We are working to resolve any issues that have been caused by production delays both outside and inside of our control. We are not crooks. Not looking to run away with anyones money. Every person who is not willing to wait for a unit will get their money back. It's as simple as that.
