Cinematography : Steadicam with a jib combined - tango Rig

Im interesting in doing a camera movement following some actors running, starting from from low on the ground ending relatively higher their head. Im an indie filmaker, so all the budget came from my own finance more or less... Im wondering which system will allow me to do that?

So far i have seen this one..

Even if you could afford the tango, the learning curve would be horrendous - if you really need that shot - hire someone or work out another way to get it. What about riding pillion on a motorbike with a small glidecam ?

i might give a jib on a dolly a try. I've got a cam tram that I mount my cambo v-40 jib with no extensions on. it would be a 2 man shot with the track being 12 or more feet long. Just thinking but a jib in a van with the door open might do it better for a long distance.
