Cinematography advice. Will pay $$.

I want to hire a cinematographer to read my short script and then give me advice on how to shoot it in three days. I am willing to negotiate price depending on how much time you put in. We can do it via email or over the phone. I'm shooting my first short this august, with my best friends as the actors. I'm buying a 100b before the rebate expires. No, not on site. Just advice. I can provide pictures of the location and a shooting script. You read it, give me advice, Ideas. I've read a lot but I need interaction with someone to help me further my knowledge. And I'm in Portland Oregon.
