Cinematix Lights, Any Good?

Some guy is selling Soft lights and looks like spots as well. They look cheap but I need them for a gig I am doing this Saturday and I don't think My Lowel totas are gonna cut it.

I would be hesitant. If I come across a good deal on something from a name brand (Ianiro/Strand/Quartzcolor/Rank in this case), I'll buy it. But until I find that deal, I rent. The redhead knockoffs are particularly hazardous from what I've read as well.

Ask to rent them from this guy? Try it for your shoot, maybe they work great and then you can buy it. If they don't work, he still has his lights with a little extra money and you got through your job. Everyone wins.
