do you have any suggestions on doing something unique in order to get attention and/or get more jobs because of my reel? don't tell me good shots, i mean something with the montague/editing/music/etc...

I like the fact that you have wide shots, probably because it's something I feel like I'm missing in my own reel.

Your music is lacking though, you need something that's going to lift up your visuals and sell the viewer. The music definitely contributes to a reel. "The way I'm feeling right now could be the way my audience feels if this guy shoots my film." Pick some music that you really like, no vocals. Vocals draw attention away from the visual. Mostly I use soundtracks.
