Source = 4k60p HEVC from Huawei P40 Pro
Proxy attached = 720p Cineform
Preview Resolution = 1/8
RAM allowed = 29Gb
When scrubbing to & fro on the latest Premiere Pro CC, it lags pretty badly. This doesn't make sense because I have another rig on 6600k + 16Gb + GTX750 and it scrubs nicely without issues. any suggestions for this annoying issue? Thanks!
