Having 2 small issues when using CineForm Aspect HD w/ Premiere Pro 2.0.
1. The audio does not sync up when editing footage. It syncs up fine when I play back the clips in Windows Media Player. In Premiere it does not. Any ideas why and is this fixable?
2. When playing back in Premiere the picture suddenly fades a bit when I start playback. When I stop the movie the colors and whatnot appear vivid again. This happens everytime I play the movie in Premiere (basically the whole movie fades a bit when playing). Whats the score here? And is this fixable?

***Footage was shot on the HVX-200 using P2 cards - Transfered via P2 Store onto a hard drive in the computer.
Computer Specs...
XP Pro Service Pack 2
Dual 3.2ghz Processor
2 gigs Ram
3 250gb hard drives (7200rpm) - all the media is on 1 hard drive
Premiere Pro 2.0
CineForm Aspect HD
(All the software on my computer is legit as well)
