Is this product a big deal or just an occasional rental going forward. Does this eliminate the need for split diopters.?
 
Most people probably have never even heard of it let alone used it...hope you find an answer though.

And that's some price tag!
 
Certainly doesn't remove the need for split diopters. I think it's a fantastic invention, and am currently trying to source a rental down here in Oz for an upcoming shoot that I think it'd be perfect for.

It's not an all-the-time kind of effect, but as an option to have for certain reveals or character moments, it's fantastic.
