Cine Servo 17-120mm with F57

Ready to order the Cine-Servo 17-120mm T2.95 (EF Mount) to use with either our F5, FS7 or C300. Was tempted to go with the PL mount to avoid the hirose or D-Tap interface to power the servo, but didn't want to limit the use to only the F5 with the FZ-PL adapter. Has anyone gone this route? I was told by Canon service techs, that the exposure and zoom readout would be visible in the EVF using the Optitek Mkll adapter, but wanted to be sure the PL mount wasn't the better choice overall.

Abel Cine has a UMS conversion that then allows the user to swap PL and EF mounts at will.

Thanks RnG. That solves a lot of doubt I was having about choosing the right one. I will probably purchase the EF mount first, then have them install the UMS converter later If I need to. Great to have options.
