Chroma keyer for FCP?

I'm searching for suggestions on an FCP or Motion friendly chroma keyer at a lower price than Shake. I realize both have the capability to chroma key, but I want a little more horse power.

In searching this forum, I found DVmatte, Matte blast (for Motion & FCP), and one other I can't remember the name of just now.

I realize that DV is not the best format to chroma key in, but that's what my DVX does.

Any one tried Primatte?

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Look around for a way to chroma blur. That's what makes shake work so well for me and keying DV material.

I have never tried Shake and had heard the learning curve was steep. What was your impression of the degree of difficulty?

Do you find it's quicker compositing in Shake than FCP or Motion or just a better over result?

I actually don't use motion at all. Some folks love it. I'd try to get a demo of DVMatte. People here swear by it. I use Shake. Is it hard? Yes... but once you know what you are doing the chroma blur that takes away the dv jaggies is amazing. Not sure how to do that in Motion.
