Chroma Key question

I want to try this effect for a website I am about to start working on. I am sure this was shot against a green screen. It basically is a guy that's on a website and he is interacting within the website if that makes sense. Go to the link below and check out the guy on the right side of the screen. Don't click him right away. His body language and gestures are pretty cool how this is done. Then go ahead and click the sticky note and its like a little informercial. I am just trying to see what I would need in order to do something like that. It seems to be getting popular among certain websites...

Here's the link:

I am sure you can do it fine within After Effects or something like that. It is none different that any greenscreened footage. Getting it into HTML however, I would have no idea. I can do the basics of HTML but nothing serious.

Maybe it is as simple as imbedding it as a flash video?

I cant imagine that being something too hard to do, greenscreen footage combined with Flash, nothing fancy there. I suggest the formar Serious Magic now Adobe Ultra 2 for the chromakey (well technically its a vector key in Ultra2)

I googled "Video Spokesperson" and found a page on the Adobe Developer site explaining it. Pulling a key is easy, I do that all the time, just not sure how to do the flash and html stuff to get the transparent background and video that stays put when you scroll.

In essence it's just a flash video... no different than youtube or vimeo.
NeverColdCall is right... you pull a key. It really depends on whether you want the spokesperson overlapping the page.

The original inspiration link (http://www.projectorpeople.com/) has the speaker behind a background but he scrolls just like any other web element. So basically make a video, pull a key, put your desired background behind the person, encode for flash, and then upload to your site. Flash MX 2004 and up should have FLV video encoding capabilities built in to the software package.
