Choppy slow motion upon export

I am using Premiere CS3. I slowed down my footage and it looks great when playing in premiere. But when I export, it looks really choppy.

Footage is AVCHD which I converted to avi using cineform, and exporting with the cineform codec. Can someone help please?

Bring your cineform file back into the NLE and try to go by frame by frame to make sure all the frames match up with your original edit. If it does, you are having a playback issue due to limited resources on your PC.

I corrected this. I was slowing down my footage by a percentage and was getting choppy slow-mo; I tried taking my 60p footage and selecting 'interpret footage' to 24p, and it looked a lot smoother.
