Choppy Quicktime after FCS 2.0 Install

I just upgraded to FCS 2 (and updated Quicktime to 7.2) and now find that when played back in Quicktime, my DVCPRO HD files have jaggies at the vertical lines and playback is choppy regardless of viewing window size. However, if I open the same file in Final Cut it plays back smooth and clean. I've tried playing with the "high quality" setting in Quicktime but it makes no difference. I'm not sure what's going on here. Any thoughts?

thats very interesting. id recommend downloading the Quicktime Standalone installer from Apple.com/quicktime and see what happens after that
