I've noticed that whenever I use a flash based web player for my videos (be it my own, youtube, or other CDNs) the playback somewhat choppy (even if my bandwidth can keep up.) When an HTML 5 player is used like the one used for vimeo, its a lot smoother. Is this a known issue? Is there any way around this while still using a flash based player?
