Choosing a format to edit a tutorial with.

I'm creating a few tutorials for a website. I shot the tutorial host on an HVX, while simultaneously doing video screen grabs on the computer they were using. I converted the screen grabs to Animation at 30fps, while the footage is DVCPRO HD 720p 30PN. I tried converted the screen grabs to DVCPRO HD 720p30, but the frame rate was off, causing the cursor on the screen to move with less frames than what it originally had. Right now I am trying DVCPRO 60 on both, and then converting each tutorial to H.264 for online.

I was also thinking of trying to edit it all in Animation, but I don't want to have to render every time I want to view what I'm editing.

Any suggestions?

Your DVCPro HD 30P is actually 29.97. Make sure Your screen capture is the same frame rate. Also, convert it to DVCPro HD so it will play properly in your sequence.
